一、滚筒烘干鸡粪通病:粘壁、堵料、烘干不均、频繁停机
传统单筒 / 三回程滚筒烘干机,设计初衷更多面向矿渣、木屑、煤泥这类松散物料。直接拿来处理鲜鸡粪,会暴露出难以根治的行业通病,也是很多项目投产之后才踩下的大坑。
1.严重粘壁糊筒 鲜鸡粪黏性大,进入滚筒之后容易黏附在筒体内壁和扬料板上,越积越厚,形成料层结壳。结壳之后热风无法穿透,烘干效率直线下降,筒内局部高温还会造成鸡粪焦糊、发臭。
2.频繁堵料,被迫停机清理 结块鸡粪无法被有效打散,大块物料堆积在筒体内部、进出料口,极易造成堵料。生产被迫中断,需要人工进筒铲除黏附物料,清理耗时费力,无法实现长时间连续运行。
3.烘干效果两极分化,出料干湿不均 滚筒依靠扬料板简单抄料,抱团的鸡粪内部接触不到热风,出现一部分已经烤焦干透,另一部分依旧湿黏成团,外干内湿现象突出。出料含水率波动大,成品品质不稳定,达不到资源化利用标准。
4.运维负担重,故障隐患多 粘壁结块属于持续性问题,不是一次性调试就能解决。需要频繁停机清筒,密封件、托滚、扬料板磨损加快,维修频次高。很多养殖场滚筒设备名义产能很高,实际有效生产时间大打折扣,名义产能和实际产能严重不符。
不少客户前期只对比采购价格,忽略物料适配性,设备上马之后才发现天天修、经常停,环保达标、资源化收益更是无从谈起。

The production is forced to be interrupted, and it is necessary to manually feed the drum to remove the adhesive materials. The cleaning is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and the long-term continuous operation cannot be realized.
The drying effect is extremely different. The drum with uneven dry and wet discharging relies on the lifting plate for simple material copying. The inside of the bunched chicken stool cannot contact the hot air, and a part of the stool has been scorched and dried, while the other part is still wet and sticky, and the phenomenon of dry outside and wet inside is prominent. The water content of the discharge fluctuates greatly, and the finished product quality is unstable, which cannot reach the recycling standard.
The operation and maintenance is heavy, and the hidden trouble of failure is a continuous problem, which can not be solved by one-time commissioning. Frequent shutdown and cleaning are required, wearing of seals, rollers and lifting plates is accelerated, and maintenance frequency is high. The nominal capacity of roller equipment in many farms is very high, the actual effective production time is greatly reduced, and the nominal capacity is seriously inconsistent with the actual capacity.

二、肉鸡粪、蛋鸡粪含水率高、粘性强的物料特性分析

鸡粪共性难点:高湿、高黏、易结块、易发酵,不能长时间堆置预干。这类物料,需要设备具备强制打散破碎能力,而不是仅仅依靠筒体转动扬料。通用滚筒缺少主动打散结构,只能被动翻动物料,面对抱团黏糊的鸡粪,先天结构上就存在短板。想要稳定生产,不能拿通用设备硬套鸡粪工况,必须选用针对性研发的专用机型。
