Manure disposal at large-scale layer bases has long been an industry headache. This project serves a large breeding base with one million laying hens. Adopting a complete Jinwanhong horizontal flash evaporation chicken manure drying production line, the farm resolved environmental rectification requirements in one go. Fresh chicken manure, which used to cost money for haul-away, has been turned into marketable recycled products. Below is a full review of the project renovation workflow, operational data and realised benefits.
一、项目背景：大型蛋鸡基地日产数鸡粪，露天堆放异味扰民，面临环保整改压力
该蛋鸡基地存栏100万羽蛋鸡，稳定产出高湿鲜鸡粪，日产湿鸡粪原始含水率 75%-80%。改造前采用传统模式：鸡粪集中堆放在厂区露天堆场。长期露天堆放带来多重难题：春夏季节蚊蝇大量滋生，持续异味扩散，周边村民多次投诉；雨水冲刷产生渗滤液，污染土壤与地下水，环保部门现场巡查后下达整改通知。原本方案是长期外包清运，但清运费用逐年上涨，旺季还出现清运车辆排队、粪污积压的情况，不仅持续增加养殖成本，粪污没有资源化变现渠道，一旦清运中断，养殖场随时面临停产整改风险。为实现粪污就地无害化处置，养殖场最终选定金万泓卧式闪蒸鸡粪烘干成套产线，开展厂区粪污技改工程。
I. Project Background: Large Layer Base with Daily Chicken Manure Output; Open-air Stockpiling Caused Odour Nuisance and Environmental Rectification Pressure
This layer farm houses 1,000,000 laying hens and steadily generates high-moisture fresh chicken manure with an initial moisture content of 75%–80%. Before renovation, manure was piled in an open yard on-site.
Long-term open stockpiling created multiple problems. Mosquitoes and flies bred heavily in spring and summer, and persistent odour spread, triggering repeated complaints from nearby villagers. Rainwater leached through the piles and contaminated soil and groundwater. After on-site inspections, environmental authorities issued a rectification notice.
The original plan relied on long-term outsourced manure haulage. However, hauling fees rose year by year. During peak seasons, queuing haulage vehicles caused manure backlogs. This continuously increased breeding costs with no revenue channel for manure recycling. Any interruption to haulage services put the farm at immediate risk of shutdown for rectification.
To realise on-site harmless disposal of manure, the farm finally selected the complete Jinwanhong horizontal flash evaporation chicken manure drying line for technical transformation.
二、厂区改造前后实景对比：露天粪堆→全密闭自动化烘干车间
✅ 改造前：大面积露天粪污堆场，湿粪堆积如山，地面没有防渗处理；异味大、蚊虫多；依靠铲车转运，人工劳动强度大；遇到阴雨天气，堆场粪水横流，环保风险极高，粪污处置完全是纯成本支出。
✅ 改造后：新建全密闭自动化烘干车间，取消露天粪堆。湿鸡粪通过密闭输送直接进入烘干车间，全程不外漏；车间配套负压除尘、除臭系统，车间内部粉尘、异味可控；整套产线自动化运行，铲车只需要定时向原料仓上料，无需大面积露天堆存，顺利通过环评验收，彻底解决异味扰民问题。
II. On-site Comparison Before and After Renovation: Open Manure Piles → Fully Enclosed Automated Drying Workshop
✅ Before renovation: Large open manure stockyard with towering wet manure piles and no anti-seepage ground treatment. Strong odours and swarms of insects. Front-end loading by forklift involved heavy manual labour. In rainy weather, leachate flooded the yard, creating severe environmental risks. Manure treatment was a pure cost centre.
✅ After renovation: A new fully enclosed automated drying workshop was built, and open manure stockpiling cancelled. Wet chicken manure is delivered directly into the drying workshop via sealed conveyors with zero leakage. The workshop is equipped with negative-pressure dust and odour control systems to contain dust and smells. The full line runs automatically. Forklifts only feed raw material silos periodically, with no large open stockyard required. The farm successfully passed EIA acceptance and completely eliminated odour complaints.
三、生产线全流程实拍：自动上料→高速打散→瞬时闪蒸脱水→粉尘异味净化→干料入库
整套卧式闪蒸生产线全程密闭负压运行，现场实拍完整工序：
1.自动上料：鸡舍清粪出来的高湿鲜鸡粪，输送至密闭湿料储仓，螺旋输送机连续稳定送料，全程无异味外溢；
2.高速打散：物料进入主机前置打散机构，高速转子撕碎粪团、打散鸡毛结块，大块湿粪被充分撕裂，为闪蒸烘干做好准备；
3.瞬时闪蒸脱水：打散后的物料进入卧式闪蒸主机，在热风气流中悬浮流化，梯度高温瞬时脱水，同步完成粪污灭菌，杀灭虫卵与有害致病菌；
4.粉尘异味净化：烘干尾气依次经过旋风分离 + 布袋除尘 + 除臭装置，粉尘、臭气达标排放，满足环保监测要求；
5.干料入库：烘干达标干鸡粪从出料端排出，输送至成品料仓储存，可直接外运销售或者送入有机肥造粒车间。
III. Full Production Line Workflow: Automatic Feeding → High-speed Breaking → Instant Flash Dewatering → Dust & Odour Purification → Dry Material Storage
The whole horizontal flash line runs under fully enclosed negative pressure. The complete process is as follows:
Automatic feeding: High-moisture fresh manure collected from hen houses is transferred into a sealed wet-material silo. Screw conveyors deliver material steadily without odour escape.
High-speed breaking: Material enters the pre-breaking unit of the main machine. A high-speed rotor tears manure clumps and lumps mixed with chicken feathers, fully shredding wet manure chunks to prepare for flash drying.
Instant flash dewatering: Broken material enters the horizontal flash host, suspended and fluidised in hot airflow for staged high-temperature instant dewatering. Manure is disinfected simultaneously, killing insect eggs and harmful pathogenic bacteria.
Dust and odour purification: Drying exhaust goes through cyclone separation, baghouse dust collection and deodorisation units in sequence. Dust and odour are discharged within compliance limits to meet environmental monitoring standards.
Dry material storage: Qualified dried chicken manure exits the discharge end and is conveyed to finished silos for storage. It can be sold externally directly or sent to an organic fertiliser granulation workshop.

Total project investment: Horizontal flash main unit plus supporting feeding, breaking, dust & odour removal, conveying and silo systems (civil workshop construction excluded).
